The trip that almost was 45 mintues long

When planning this trip one of the important tasks it to scope out the river. When I talked to Byron he told me to go river left when approaching the small rapids just south of their place. Then after extensive talk with Judith she told me to go river right. I listened to Judith and sometimes a picture says a thousand words.

I ended up having to pull the raft up river approximately 200 yards when we realized that river right was too shallow to float the raft.
