Friends/Family planning for a trip
Friends are a good thing to have when planning a trip. We have borrowed several items from our friend Robert. Much of this equipment hasn't even been out of the box. I guess we are the lucky ones to break it in.
The sleeping bags are from my parents. We bought one new thermarest, the other borrowed from another firehall friend. The sad part is we had two inflatable mattresses, however, they were 1/2 the cost and 10 times the size. I knew right away we couldn't accomodate them on our trip. They will be in the camping pile when we travel in the spacious mini-van (I thought I would never say that statement)
