Day 4

on the morning of day 4, 6:30am the owner of the campground woke us up and we quickly packed to make the ferry. Obviously half an hour is not enough time to pack a bike. After throwing everything on the back of the bike, we met the travel people at the front of the Co-op store and lucky for us we made it onto the ferry. Once we tied the bike down on the ferry, we went to the solarium to hang out. We moved outside when the weather got good and spent most of the day out there. We saw lots of wildlife, mostly dolfins and three whales. I met some kids in the arcade that were approximately 10 and 8 years old who didn't speak any English. We played tag and ran around on the ferry. The day was long. I spent some time in the gift shop reading magazines (transworld skateboarding and Mad) We read several chapters of ZMM through-out the day.
After we arrived to Port Hardy, in the parking lot of the ferry terminal we repacked the bike and went on a long trecherous road to get to the campsite that Dad had picked. I hated the journey to the campsite but the lake where it was located was very cool. We read another chapter of ZMM, had some cocoa and went to bed. (bax)
